The performance is insane. I actually won’t even play on the fastest speed because it’s way too fast.

Overall I would say its a win. 

The mtx sounds very similar to Destiny, which that community often calls “predatory” but I think it seems like an OK way to do it.

Yes to all of that. It was basically a chase film but that kind of chase made absolutely no sense in space, on the ground it would have worked MUCH better.  They could have had awesome speederbike scenes too.

The loading times are so much shorter. It’s ridiculous. I got used to just watching the loading screen even on my rig but now it’s back up in the blink of an eye.

Because they didn’t want to be accused of being Paid to Win, all stat giving items have no cosmetic effect on characters, or at least that is what they have said previously.

Good question! Some of them are pretty sweet. There’s one that puts Hulk in linen pants and a floral tank. Another is a black-and-bronze paint job of the classic Iron Man armor. But for every outfit that’s that cool, there’s yet another navy blue Captain America suit with U.S.A. motifs. Can’t win ‘em all!

It runs so well it confuses my brain. I’m use to Civ 6 running like hot ass garbage during the “cpu turn” phase, and I’m still getting used to things being responsive.

Its overall an upgrade from CK2 in pretty much every way. From performance, to gameplay, to telling you whats going on, to core systems.

I kept waiting for them to fill out Finn’s past and build up his story arc, deal with the trauma of being brainwashed and help liberate others to lead them against the empire, and build his own family to defend out of love.

Yes, that’s the one detail where I think he dropped the ball. Everything he said about his experience as being singled out for being a Black man is true, obviously. And everything about his experience was true for Kelly Marie Tran also. Racism gonna racist.
