Mine too, fellas. I have a 5-speed Miata and she doesn’t have a car., but sometimes needs to get to places (we live in DC, so a car is a complete necessity). I say “Just take me car and bring it back” and I’m met with
¯\(°_o)/¯

The S4 is $48k and the M3 is $63k. That is what I meant. The R-Design S60 runs with the S4 and BMW 335xi. The Polestars should be running with the M3s but kinda don’t.

Look, the reason why people have “misunderstood” the BRZ and the FRS, and in some ways the Miata, is because the “Car we Demanded” isn’t the “Car we Demanded”. Through my extensive anecdotal knowledge (fact checking is for suckers), everyone person whether they have driven the car or not has said it would be perfect

Nope. The deal is the R-Design. They are consistently sold way under the price of an Audi S4/ BMW 335xi but offer similar experience.

Came to post this. I’m not disappointed

I’ve been saying that too, however, Rappers/Hip-Hop artists are the ones who MADE the Escalade popular. If there was a way to do that now, I am sure GM would have jumped at the chance. Remember, they tried it one again by giving 50 Cent a G6 GTP, but that didn’t work because the GTP was crap and EVERYONE KNEW he

That’s what I was getting at. The spirit of the car is there but it got lost in the red tape and what ended up happening was we got a car that had the guts but none of the execution.

A good idea.

Mazda3 and it’s not close.

Don’t worry, guys. Your parents are still not going to be able to work it.

Not going to lie, that BMW-Lenny Kravitz story by RoRoTheGreat, sounds like Fields BMW in Central Florida. I worked there as a kid and they kind of had a pension for ignoring people who they didn’t think had money (i.e. black and brown people) and/or sending out the “Minority Closer” to talk to black folks on the lot.

I still think these are kind of rad.

Pontiac Solstice

Honda lost their way on this car. I like to think of it like this:

Would you rather have this new for say, $24,000? OR a used 1st gen TSX with low miles for $10,000? Think about it, I’ll give you a second........
........
Ok, now, that was a bit difficult right? Yes, you lose out on some “newer” features but really the

Here’s the thing: THAT is the car you buy instead of this. Find a used 1st Gen TSX, and you get this car (minus some newer features) and then you can walk out with a smile on your face because you paid 10 grand less to own it.

They already are! You can find, lightly used, 2 year old 2.0T models in the low 20s right now, and even the 3.6L ones are down too. It’s a damn shame because they seem like really great cars and I haven’t heard about the build quality being bad, or terrible issues with maintenance. The only negatives are from people

I hate the gauges, and I’ve said that a lot.

That is a genius idea

My 10 year reunion is in September, so this is super relevant to me.

However, I went to school in Central Florida and got out of college at the height of the recession. I now live in DC and take public transport 70% of the time. Not to mention, ONLY NOW are my friends starting to get jobs that “pay” and most of them
