If you’re fine with a non-standard bottom row then the K70 is okay. If you’re one who wants to change out the caps for a better feel or look then the HyperX Alloy is a solid board at a better price point. Both are using Cherry switches.

Yea it allows us to grow and manage our finances. It’s not an easy task though. Child care rates are a bitch. I totally feel you with living in SD. I’d have a different tone if we were careless.

My wife and I are living the DITK (Dual income, two kids) With all the perks of having no kids. It’s all in how people manage their finances. My wife would prefer I pick a more cost effective hobby though lol.

I have two kids myself and put our consoles and PC in a home theater setup with doors that have locks that require a magnetic key to open. It also helps our game library is all digital with an exception of a couple titles with the most played disc already loaded.
