Amy Schumer frustrates me so. For every amazing thing she does, she does something dumb to negate it.

HOWEVER, Gaga just had to keep going. She ran her mouth too much and completely undid her beautiful work from moments before by blabbing her entire resume. Girl, we get it.
I had an aunt who was killed by a drunk driver when she was 19, way before I came along. My middle name is hers and I’ve always felt a lot of grief over the loss of the relationship we could have had. I also got to see how losing a sister/daughter really affects a family forever.
It’s always so interesting reading reviews of Gaga’s work because the reactions are typically all over the map. Rolling Stone called it her best album in years, the New York Times totally trashed it, NPR gave it a really thoughtful positive review, and another review I read said that “Angel Down” will be a song Gaga…
That’s something that can be said about addressing any weighty topic in song, book or film, where people are profiting from other people’s tragedies. I like Bruce Springsteen’s music but there’s always this feeling that he’s now a rich guy getting even richer by singing about the struggles of the working class and…
“Should she be Stevie Nicks or Darlene Love?”
Personally, I REALLY like ‘Dancin’ in Circles’. It has this Ace of Base/Alejandro, Gwen Stefani whispering thing going on that I find so catchy.
It’s fine. I mean, it’s a good enough album and I listened to the whole thing all the way through. I might put it on rotation while I’m at work during the day, but it’s definitely not album that moves me deeply or gets me moving (like, say, The Fame Monster).
“Should she go full country or not?”
I liked nine of the 14 songs on the deluxe version of Lady Gaga’s fifth studio album, Joanne well enough, and will…
I definetly see why people compare the two, I think Gaga is the “real musician” version of Madonna. Some of he songs are verrrry similar and the irony is that it’s the songs people don’t seem to like which just shows people like Lady Gaga best when she sounds like Lady Gaga.
Lady Gaga is a musician. Madonna is a performer. Dismissing Gaga’s musical talent over her (weaksauce) gimmicks is missing out on her serious pipes and musical training. Madonna can’t sing for shit and never could.
Today is a great day for pop music because Lady Gaga has simultaneously done the two most important things a pop…
Also, hurling insults at someone’s beloved, dead relative is fucking rude.
We should care because Gaga’s album is supposed to be released tomorrow and I am sooooooooo excited. A-YO is such a good song (I also liked Perfect Illusion, TBH) so I am really looking forward to listening to the album in its entirety tomorrow. I am absolutely loving Gaga right now and her Snaps lately have been alot…
Oh for fucks sake who gives a shit? Excuse me if I can’t be bothered with how the supermodels of the 90s weep for what (may or may not have) happened to their “craft.”
Harambe died so Ken Bone could live.
Perez Hilton, bitter over his encroaching irrelevance.
I’m tired of my Facebook feed getting cluttered with false equivalency. “Both candidates are bad, can we get a do over? Lol!”
