Rogue Leader is typically the best console version.  I did think the Trilogy Arcade game was pretty awesome.  Sadly, I cannot find an emulator that works well with that game.  It’s always buggy and the controls are messed up.  Someday, I’ll have the full sized arcade game in my home.  Maybe.
