It’s scary to read some of the items in this article. The things people had to put up with in order to keep their jobs. I can tell you that if someone had ever ball slapped me, I’d have to restrain myself to keep from attacking that person and, if successful with the restraint, called the cops and filed assault

How do you hit a company in the wallet when their game is free to play?

I don’t see either of those situations happening.  The ISPs will raise their rates before any of that happening.  That will absolutely get customer’s attention.

Soooo what will this bill do? I’m not sure what California is trying to accomplish by telling ISPs that any data passing through California will be regulated differently than any other state?  Seems kind of silly to me.

I haven’t heard that the police investigating why the shooter wigged out and opened even have found a reason why the shooter wigged out and opened fire.  And this lady twists that in to an anti-pedophile conversation?

If he did not break the law, as the article points out, any good lawyer will exonerate Dean.  I wasn’t aware that anyone not a police officer had the right to demand you show them your ID.  The “suspect” here has an excellent case for false arrest.

The sad part is that when she is released, she can get a job, further her career, etc.  The two guys are ruined.  Schools won’t accept them and most employers will not hire them.  Simple background checks will reveal the entire ordeal.  But a lot of them will just see the situation without looking at the verdict.  The

Dang.  I used that word yesterday.  No idea it was taboo for some.

You answered your own question, Sir.  Buy rechargeable batteries.  Stacie Ponder got it right: buy a kit that holds four rechargeable batteries, use two until they start to fade (don’t let them completely go dead,) and swap to the two fresh ones.  Or you can do what I do: get a very long USB cord.  I realize people

I am not that fond of this. The writing just isn’t that good. Her dopey friend says “You can’t do this alone.” “I need help!” Dva says. “Uh...right,” says dopey friend. Dva’s weapons are incredibly short ranged in the game. Yet she uses her machine guns and rockets at medium to long range. Then she ejects from her

He won’t see any jail time. In fact, he may have been found guilty, but I cannot imagine what, if any, punishment he will have to face.  You and I would be sent to jail immediately.  This guy won’t even see a picture of prison.

So?  Will he have to pay it all back?  Probably not.  Although he appears to be trying, I don’t see anyone knocking on his door with handcuffs telling him he’s four payments late.  Will he go to jail?  I doubt it.  See this is the difference between those who work in government and you and I.  He won’t be punished.

Yes, corruption is a basic theme in Warcraft. “Absolute power corrupts absolutely.” There are beings imprisoned within the planet Azeroth called “Old Gods.” They were the original controlling force there before the Pantheon appeared. The Pantheon defeated and imprisoned them. Greatly depleted of power, the Old Gods

3-4 times?  She died once.  And that was when Arthas killed her in Warcraft 3.  There is no lore that Sylvanas has been defeated since.

My high school had a situation like this pop up my Junior year. There was a pizza place across the road from the school and one day, a student called in an order and picked it up at the school’s front door. This went on for about a week with increasing amounts of orders. The principal found out about this and put a

Okay.  She was fired.  Is it over now?

I have to wonder if the kid is telling the truth when he says he wears his bandana all the time.  Yet, here is asked to take it off and then the cops show up.  Something seems fishy about that.  When I was in school, the school did not call police.  They suspended you!  Times have changed.

WHY would a private citizen need a flame thrower?

“Just allegations?”  Social Security is not known for making “allegations” like this without evidence to back it up.  To claim someone has committed felony fraud falsely is called “slander” and you can be sued for that.

There seems to be a disturbing trend in this country for the last several years. The trend is that if you say something bad or something that someone else disagrees with, you can hit them. The problem is that the law of the land considers this assault and you can be arrested for it. Judges have to make a decision,
