I agree the EMTs on this need to be investigated.  Refusing medical services to someone who really needs it feels like borderline murder.

Going by just the body cam footage alone, it’s pretty clear that A, the man did have a gun. B, the man did appear to be reaching for his weapon once he broke out of the officer’s gripe.
