I think they should find away to “counter” these exploits... Take for example (oh god, yes it’s another destiny comparison) the sword strategy used at the totems in the kings fall raid. That “exploit” was removed from the game since it didn’t exactly fit into how that part of the raid was meant to be played. Instead…

I got raid level gear out of Iron Banner, and I know some people have gotten raid level gear out of ToO.... Apparently finishing Shaxx’s weekly bounty/quests things opens up an opportunities to get raid level gear.... so that is 4 ways to get that level stuff: raid, IB, ToO, and Crucible

I just did three strikes off the vanguard strike list (easy, level 20) and it was all y1 strikes. I also had an y2 exotic chest pieces drop at 290....
