The core swordplay was fairly simple, but very fun imo. You have several types of attacks, blocking, dodging, and the parry mechanic. But the main draw of the combat was how items built on top of it. You can use them all seamlessly in combat, and they affect enemies in various but intuitive ways.

Cool. Haven't tried Across Age yet, but it's already next on my list once I finish the Secret of Mana port.

I know it's just your opinion and that's fine, but I'm having a hard time imagining how this list could be any worse. It's truly terrible.

I can't remember anymore, was the drip feed of information this excruciating for Brawl?

Haha, I didn't even realize that was Jaina.

I know, right? It's one of the most perfect and pure games ever made, as far as I'm concerned.

You know what's even better? Someone who has never played Pokemon, drawing by other peoples' descriptions.

3 Dungeon Siege Games for $5

For Mac, you can at least play League of Legends and Dota 2, which are the big ones.

Now that song's going to be in my head all day.

Huh. This actually looks like a keeper. I've never said that about a Gameloft game before.

Path of Exile has my heart now, but I'll definitely play through this at least once. D3 is still a very fun game, despite its shortcomings.

Sure, but that's still no excuse for her.

I'm fairly sure that most if not all of the recent Tekken releases share assets, at least. So development time was probably pretty short. (For example: Tekken Revolution is essentially a gimped version of TTT2 with a free-to-play model.)

Clash in the Clouds is a little disappointing. BioShock's combat mechanics and encounter design never felt good to me. Infinite was a lot better than the original in that regard, but I still played it for the story and characters, not the gameplay.

In Bioshock, alternate realities are created by the results of different choices a person would make in a given situation, not just any random thing. For example: alternate realities exists for if Booker did accept baptism, and if he did not.

Nice work, man.

Yeah, for sure. TP still looks surprisingly good as well, but it's definitely not on the same level as WW.

Don't forget Unreal Tournament!

Yeah, Wind Waker holds up amazingly well. Mostly because of the cel-shaded style of course, but it was also kind of a technical marvel at the time.
