Yeah, I loaded cineXplayer as well, but I have to agree that AirVideo is simply the all around more elegant alternative. Sure, it's not free, but it makes transferring the videos to the iPad superfluous. I have yet to find a file that AirVideo doesn't convert on the fly, and it's blazing fast.
