It’s not great but I have lean Cuisine every day for lunch haha they are $2.50 each so I spend 12.50$ a week for lunch. This allows for occasionally going to the Cafe and getting a bigger salad or some fancy lunch! I’m social enough in the office I don’t need lunch to talk to people!

Eh, I have a fairly boring job and honestly it’s way less stressful for me. Since working where I work I have lost weight and have less back issues. And i rather enjoy coming to work yes I get bored and think OMG WHEN DO I GET TO GO HOME but it’s okay!

Why can’t some couples just be that damn close?

Because he wants attention? or he just loves her and wants to be in contact? YOU feel one way maybe THEY feel another get over it.

I just wiped my entire computer recently to have a fresh windows 7 and man I couldn’t be happier ( i didn’t have much on it to begin with) but was taking up my entire operating system hard drive ( a little 64gig solid state) lol totally worth it! hmm interesting, I’d say taking that many steps is good for you. most people would have to actively go out and walk which is exercise to actually reach 10k steps a day. Lets say you work in retail though or something where you “walk” a lot each day, you may hit the 10k steps but your body is probably used to that sort

all myths, most do it because routine or damn it just feels so good sometimes. also stretching can be a workout in itself.

Thats warming up more than “stretching” either way some people like myself love how it feels! After a workout before, sometimes get up and stretch at my desk at work! I think it’s relaxing for most which is good for our health! also by stretching I mean more yoga esque long periods of time stretching. everything else

I felt that way too. I usually walk 4 miles an hour. And I feel like I could go faster than that pretty easy. But its on my lunch break and well don’t want to be too sweaty at work heh.

That doesn’t sound like you’re in a bad place in your life with all the benefits anyways. I just received a raise but still have no real benefits.

So I finally asked for a raise. (I’m on of those people who usually just accept what they are given and live wit it forever) but recently I had a colleague tell me that I was grossly underpaid for my position. When I was originally hired I had no experience in my field and didn’t even go to college for this position.

I went through the same type of work in retail like you and hell even had to run around being the only person covering the floor a few times but must have been my diet because couldn’t lose a single pound :(

Love swimming! Been doing it 2-3 times a week. But also walk almost everyday. Can’t run hurts my knees too much!
