Dude people waste so much time taking longer than needed breaks between sets. I think it’s better to switch up the rotation of your sets and do them quicker for a more cardio benefit strength training routine but hey we all work differently./

Weight is just a number. It’s how you feel that is important. I’m a big guy 200 pounds and a little chubby. I haven’t lost a single pound in a month but my body looks incredibly different. Fat to muscle ratio has changed a lot.

I use a microfiber rag that seems to do the trick as well, but I’ve never tried news paper.

I was a solid 220 pounds earlier this year and have lost about 20. I am aiming for 190 eventually. I am lucky and don't have much for loose skin yet and I surprisingly wasn't that big for my weight. My max was close to 260 but over the years of slowly losing that weight I never notices loose skin yet. Now I am getting

Depends on the person I spend 120$ a month of food from the store to feed myself. Every Friday I go out to breakfast for 5$ so altogether on a quiet month I spend 150$ on food for myself. But I’m also on a small diet which helps.

I went to college for Anthropology/ archaeology and well sadly I am not working in those fields at all. But I can say what I learned from those classes and how they taught my to think has really helped me get to where I am today! The scale can be the enemy... I've been stuck at 204-208 the past month with exercise almost every day cardio, lifting, and the such. But my body.. looks way different. and that takes time! Everyone wants to just see a low number and they barely notice what their body can look like just after 2 months of good workout
