A lot of it has to do with knowing your car, and knowing how to drive well. I've never been able to afford snow tires, so I use the "all season" I know my cars limits, don't drive too fast in bad weather, and keep my car strait as possible. nope a lot of people don't like this anymore. Full stretch is pretty bad. What should happen is warm up then warm up stretches then work out then a recovery stretch.
Jumping jacks are great start.... warms you up. either that or start with some high knees (running) in place it helps a lot I've noticed but all our bodies are different. The stretching is normally done AFTER the workout and a little after a warm up but they are specific warm up stretches :)

The primal dude is pretty okay.. this is pretty similar actually since it's all body weight. People who talk about primal i just say hell go outside run in a forest and climb an easy tree ou tthere haha.
Not listen to this guy. Do what you can! You tube is also an amazing place to watch videos on how to do these exercises. Hell the internet anywhere can show you proper form. then just try it! also walk.. Walking helps a ton of people "get started"
The big battle is learning to land softly even if you do a few without making much noise like bending the legs as you come down you will get a HUGE benefit from it... Also just skip out on those parts maybe go to the basement? if there is one and do them down there when no one is around if it makes you feel better..…
There's always a person that thinks an exercise is bad... A plank is a fine workout to use while doing other exercises.
From what I know the water will help soften up the wax for some people which pushes it out slowly... just make sure to get the water out of your ears with side to side motion or like the article says hair dryer on cool!

You could yes, but if you were to be found by a cop and even though you were asleep in a vehicle you could get in WAY more trouble than just sleeping in your vehicle. lots of laws that even if you are not moving and key is no where near the ignition you would be screwed and off to jail!
