They’re going to need bigger drones.

I said it before and I’ll say it again.

Beaten only by the occasional sports car that gets stuffed on the drive home from the dealership.

It’s NOT that outrageous when you consider all of those things AND ignore that the labor pool that actually drives the revenue being pumped into things like conditioning coach salaries and fitness centers is artificially capped from making much more than the scholarship they get. This puts the lie to the argument that

$600k is ok for the equivalent of Googling “hard workout”?

You gotta have those tires properly inflated.

When you have “Corvette” at your disposal, why keep moving the Camaro up market? Cut costs, even at the cost of performance (Except HP). Show up to the party around 20k for the V6 and 28k for the V8 and your good to go.

And now he’s going to be disqualified for having the runs.

And these new highways freed us from ever getting stuck in traffic again.

“Fucking Kelvin...” has become a saying between my GF and I when something happens last minute to ruin our plans.

I’ve had a lot of fun on snowmobiles and minibikes

Absolutely agree. I live in Portland, and for the past 10 years have chosen to take the bus to work in the suburbs rather than drive. I work from home now, but for a decade my commute was 2-3 hours everyday on a bus (basically 1.5 hours in, 1-1.5 hours out). People at work thought I was crazy, but when I talked to

No, dude, you’re right on. Get everyone who doesn’t have a genuine interest in driving the hell off the road. If 100% of drivers were 100% invested in the act of driving, crash rates (and fatalities) would drop precipitously.

I have primarily driven sporty cars, and in the past decade, pure sports cars. I love them, to bits. I drive them as they are intended.

I know this is Jalopnik so I will be taken out and shot for saying this, but this is why we need better public transportation and more walkable communities. So many people just don’t care at all about cars or driving and these are typically your inattentive drivers. They see a car as a chair in a box that gets you

Finland has it down as well. I actually wrote a 30 page paper on drivers safety in America, it's short coming and proposed ways we can fix it. This is a topic I'm pretty passionate about

As opposed to the F50? or the RX-7? or the 270ZX? 330ci?

What car is this, and why would a car have a anterior cruciate ligament?

I have an alternative explanation:

They're not "gaming the system". 0-60 came about as a performance metric because gearheads in the 1950s and 1960s would race stoplight to stoplight from a dead stop. So 0-60 became important because it essentially showed which car would win. It then became co-opted universally as an acceleration metric (which it's not
