Disagree. Remaster implies the same art assets, but up-ressed, like the Nathan Drake Collection. These are completely new art assets. IMO there’s a 4th descriptor in between remaster and remake, and that’s where this game lies.

Wow, great piece! We had Palace of the Silver Princess when I was a D&D-playing youngster, but I’m sure it wasn’t the orange-border edition. I’d have remembered that illustration!

D&D 5E really is probably the best move they could have made in order to grow the D&D brand. I have friends who never would have considered playing D&D before, who now are in the middle of multiple campaigns in both Adventure League and homebrew, because 5E is easy enough to understand that almost anyone can play.
