Vampire the Masquerade has been routinely credited with bringing female gamers into the fold. There has been a television show, FOUR videogames, card games, clothing, etc. It’s more popular than you think. D&D came first, but Vampire made gigantic waves in many departments.

What kind of deal does Kotaku have with D&D? I always see tons of articles on D&D, but never on Pathfinder, Vampire the Masquerade, Mage the Ascension, GURPS, Numenara, or any other rpgs that people actually play.
