False headline and terribly slanted article. It was a test firing that had a failure, not a deliberate attempt to target the US, even by accident. And the British were using US supplied Trident missiles, the same ones we use in our own submarines. As it was a test, it didn’t have actual warheads, included

US law, the Uniform Code of Military Justice specifically.

The US Armed Forces are governed by the Uniform Code of Military Justice. It doesn’t matter where they’re stationed or who they’re fighting. Just because we fight enemies that commit attrocities doesn’t mean we should commit them in reply.

Which is kind of crazy don’t you think? Germany and the US are allies. The US has spent untold Billions helping to protect the German state for decades.

“He dismissed serious reporting that reflected poorly on him as “fake news,””

There’s no doubt that in general we should support our troops and realize that they’re doing a tough job under difficult circumstances. But, NONE of them are above the law. It seems as though the special operator community may have an issue with that. They’re tasked with very difficult duties, but they’re still

So can the US extradite the Germany based executives that are at the heart of this fraud? It would be beyond unfair if the only executive actually prosecuted is a relative small fry US based executive.

It was a great and close game, just like last year’s. Bama won last year, Clemson this year. Don’t be surprised if Bama is back in the Championship game again next year.

The problem with Alabama’s last drive was that it happened too quickly. They didn’t burn enough of the clock and left a very talented Clemson team with 2 minutes on the clock and 2 timeouts. And of course their inability to kickoff into the end zone meant that Clemson had the chance to return the kickoff for good

Wow. I bought a used Victory last year after selling my Harley. I must say I’ve been impressed with the bike and have been enjoying it a lot.

I think we often forget how young a country the Saudi Arabia is. The Kingdom was only formed in 1932. The article talks a lot about LBGT rights but how long have those even existed in our country? People were largely in the closet until the 1980s and many still are. Gay marriage has only recently been made legal

It’s news the same way that the Tesla that avoided an accident while on Autopilot is news. People are interested in Tesla, good and bad. And the bad gets press in part because of all the good reviews that the Model S has gotten. Of course, it’s also because many Tesla supporters are insufferable when discussing

I was thinking more in line of updating its looks. It’s the kind of car I’d still like to own. I always liked the way Porsche and Audi did their wheel flairs back in that era, the 944 and Quattro in particular, muscular but integrated. I think that would look well with the Supra.

That’s the design I like. I could really use some attention to some of the details though. More integrated wheel flairs, maybe change the bumpers to body color, definitely better wheels, etc.

I’m a big fan of the Supra that used that chassis.

VW is definitely the villain in the whole Dieselgate mess. But, they have worked out a settlement with all parties and are attempting to make it right. The extent of this owner’s stripping is beyond the pale and I hope they make him put it back into street legal form, doors, etc.

This is going to be a real windfall for owners of vehicles not affected by the recall. All kinds of parts are suddenly going to be available at probably low prices.

Biggest star and ambassador or two very different things. Hamilton cares about Hamilton, first, last and always.

Wayne County(Detroit) courts are notorious for giving out large settlements.
