Louie Anderson is so good that I don't even see the character as "a man playing a woman;" it's Christine Baskets, Chip and Dale's mom. Period.

Christine and my mother are the same person, right down to the Dasani. I’ll miss how this show makes me feel like someone else understands the insanity.

(I only know how to communicate with gifs now.)

I’m so perplexed at when exactly the gaming industry turned the corner from 100+ hour long games being limited to Dragon Quest games and a handful of other outliers while the average was the 15-20 hour action game and 30-40 hour RPG, to the present with most action and open world games pushing into the 40-60 range and

“This has been Coolmanguy On Cinema”

Curtis Armstrong is a treasure. He tells a story about how seriously he took this part, and how he used all the lessons he learned in various acting classes to form the character of booger. He wrote a diary in the character of booger, he created a backstory, he had secrets about booger than only he knew for the

I find this film endlessly fascinating, and watch it avidly whenever I come across it. RotN may be the most dated movie of the 80s; nothing about it—its views of gender, race, sexuality, technology—would be remotely acceptable today. There isn’t a single non-offensive scene (my favorite subtly offensive moment is the

I loved this whole season, but what a downer of an ending. Hopper is “dead,” El lost her powers and half the cast just moved away. Why doncha rip my heart out and stomp on it, show? At least it wasn’t as bleak as the Jessica Jones ending....

You mean it wasn’t the Wallflowers?!  GASP!

It was bipedal in the first season, too. It basically goes through 5 or 6 metamorpheses, molting out of its skin into its new form each time. The demodogs from last season were the penultimate form. The bipedal form is the final form.

I died, got resurrected and then died again, I was laughing so hard from that scene.

I’m calling it now, season four will be Christmas ‘86 and the kids are going to lose their shit over the NES!

Structurally, I understand why the Neverending Story scene couldn’t be a post-credits scene, but it broke the tension with merciless speed. Maybe that’s a feature, not a bug, for the series’ most sensitive viewers?

Went into the boss fight with no spell slots, RP’d her way out.

Brenner is dead and good riddance to him. The best thing in season 3 was moving on from him and all the silly child experiment stuff.

I’m 47 years old and must be one of the “series most sensitive viewers”, because I was super thankful for that Neverending Story song scene to break the momentum, the tension, the pain. For me, it didn’t make the ending have less of an impact emotionally. My daughter and I were still weeping at the end. But it made

There was IMPORTANT INFORMATION on that whiteboard.

My 13 year old thought I had lost my mind when I jumped up and down screaming “OH MY FUCKING GOD DUSTIN’S SINGING THE NEVERENDING STORY!!!!” about 3 sec in.

Pretty sure Bauman made it out at the same time Joyce did. He was with her when the American troops entered the complex.

Yeah, I binged season 3. What else do you do on a July 4th that’s hotter than the 9th ring of hell?

I loved it. Period. Warts and all.

I even hope, in my heart of hearts, the American in the Soviet gulag is Hopper rather than Bauman (although Bauman would be cool, too!). Hell, I bought that Glenn could slither under a
