Careful: the digital antennas being used these days can be SO awful. Much worse than the old rabbit ears. You either have flawless HD coming in or (more likely) they can’t even pick up the signal. It sucks when you just want to watch the damn Olympics.

I am aware of that...I’m not an idiot. But bit parts in movies and college stand up shows are not earning this guy multiple millions of dollars annually. Even if he’s pulling in $600,000, that’s still less income that I typically see with a $4.5m home purchase. 

I’m a former real estate agent, so I am looking at it based on my experiences with seeing how much people earn vs what they buy. With houses this expensive, the buyer typically has a net worth higher than the cost of the home because of how ruinous it would be (even to a high earner) if the market tanked.
