That’s fair. There’s no admissions restrictions to take courses individually but to get a degree, you need to do well in three of their courses to be allowed to do a degree. I know some people who took courses there but none who did a degree.

Harvard Extension School is as impressive as community college. It’s a great option for an education, but hardly something you’d use to brag about in terms of exclusivity. 

College coursework probably won’t be that difficult if a kid sticks to the subjects they are strong in and also takes things pass/fail instead of graded. There’s also a lot of grade inflation going on these days, so while bribing is less of a thing once they are in college, badgering certainly remains strong.

Why do you own a dog if you just leave him outside all day long? Dogs are social animals and are usually really unhappy if they are alone all day while their family is inside. I got my first dog in NYC at twenty years old. Some of us are just homebodies who like animals a lot and enjoy walking? It never bothered me to head home from work to take her out. I think you can file it under “good for you; not for me.”
