Hmm, I have a ton of blurry, blown out photos of relatives. The black and white photo above leads me to believe that all of them could be salvaged with photoshop and getting my relatives to join bands.

Which is a bit sad since that would be quite an economical one.

Somehow I had missed the holdup episode originally and never even knew it existed until now. When Z-Man became a cast member, I thought it was just a reference to some event that happened prior to the show's beginning.

To this day I've still never seen the uncensored version of Risky Business. The version I saw was, um, "real time censored". This consisted of watching the VHS version, when it came time for unexpected edits, my mom would let out a panic scream and then shove my head into the couch.

Man, this brings back (tedious) memories. I remember seeing a Q & A with the guys who made the Raiders of the Lost Ark: The Adaptation and they said that early on that is how they did their edits.

Sometime around 2005 I found a 7" single of that song in a thrift store while traveling. It had stayed in my backpack for a couple weeks after I got back. I was at a big Thanksgiving party and The Greatest American Hero came up. Someone asked "Who sang that song?" Since it was a pre smartphone era nobody knew

I always thought a "still lost albums" would be a great AVC Inventory…but I thought better to maybe search for it first and alas, one was done about six years ago:

Yup! This isn't me…but might as well be me on many occasions. I played it for my mom who doesn't like foul language. She was nearly in tears.."He sounds just like your father!"

11) And sod. Don't forget the bright green sod!
12) And the basement! Don't forget to fully finish the basement so all the wiring and plumbing is completely inaccessible.

Years back one Thanksgiving I had all the guests make a little movie that we could all watch during dessert, this was my friend's video about putting in their cat door, complete with over-acting and everything.

9b) In addition to can lights, don't forget those "boob with nipple lights"
10) Be sure to paint all the interior walls "real estate tan or fix-and-flip brown"

I can't find it online but I remember seeing an episode of This Old House as a kid in the mid 80s. The family had a grand old time ripping apart their house down to the studs. Towards the end of the episode Bob Vila said something to the effect of "…depending how much you want to spend on materials…"

I long for a Springsteen album with a simple punk rock power-trio approach. Guitar, bass, drums, and vocals recorded and mixed in a few days ala Zen Arcade.

I too was one of the photo complainers. It is a bit better now with the section title and comment count above each photo, thanks for adding that. What I still can't figure out is exactly the context for each photo on the homepage.
