@colineff: Well aren't you just a ray of sunshine? It's not quite the same, but my wife and I were both virgins when we got married. It is possible to practice self control, despite what television shows.

Must resist... must save money for Steam Thanksgiving sale...

@nukee: That's what I thought, too. Game releases are usually Tuesdays, thought I've never understood why. I hope it hits the 23rd; that would make an excellent Thanksgiving weekend at my house!

@Arctic_Visionary: Indeed. I'll just wait to see it on my own tv rather than get motion sick watching this shaky cam.

I fully intent to purchase NV. I'm guessing it will go for 50% off during the steam Xmas sale. then I'll pounce. Maybe by then most of the game killing bugs will have been ironed out, just as an extra Christmas miracle.

@Ogbert: Cynical or realistic? I've never played the game, but from the videos I saw it seemed pretty obvious that the game was not finished, especially for the $15 they were asking. They just rushed it out to coincide with the movie release.

@afiset: I put my pre-order in. Now it's only a matter of time before it's mine! .... patiently waiting

@illiniphase4: Wanted to also add my voice to this. Although the new review format strives to be more informative, I think it's dumbed down and in the end gives me less usable information. I always liked the old format as it was like talking to a good friend about a game. You got the good, the bad and the overall

@Fancyfootwork: I agree, sir. I was so excited to get FFVII. I worked at ToysRUs at the time, so I got it a week before street date and ended up pretty disappointed.

Hey, can you stop giving Little Gamers attention? It sucks. Maybe find something worthwhile to look at; there's usually some good comics posted in the comments.

The free motorboating magazine was not what I had hoped.

That's right, M$ dude. I should have realized bluray had no future before I bought 20+ of them. Stupid me.

@Gameslaya: Yeah, but the reaction to the problem seems to have jerked the game the other way. Game is almost singly focused on military now. Moving every unit one by one is a horrible waste of time; as if the game didn't already take too long!

@XForce: Agreed. I've played a couple hours now and am starting to regret buying it. Game feels dumbed down. Whole UI is bulky and does a great job not telling you anything. Want to know what resources you have access to? Too bad! Percentage chance of victory? Too bad!

@woshiernog: I just started playing LOTRO, so I'm starting to understand the time commitment. I don't think I'll be playing for too long, since the farther I've gotten into the game, the longer everything takes to do.

@Josh: No, you don't. Again, GW was always about the PvP. The whole of the PvE was only to gain experience with the game and finding skills. The endgame was PvP, which WoW blows at. Anyone who's truly interested in PvP owes it to themselves to try GW.

@woshiernog: Which a big part of why I won't play a game with monthly fees. The last thing I need is to feel a financial obligation to play a game.

@JohnnyricoMC: You can buy a set of pitch gauges for about a buck. Simple and no guessing.

@hurricanedj: Kmart is giving $20 credit if you buy it from them. But they don't have any of the pre-order action going on, so you'll have to buy the DLC later if you want the complete game.
