Can confirm Coleman fuel will work. In the 80's we had a Econoline conversion van as the family truckster. I dunno about diesels, but I do know that Coleman lantern fuel will work in a gasoline engine in a pinch. Will likely need a tune up afterwards, but it beats being stranded somewhere if it comes down to it
