easiest and cheapest chicken breast marinade: Italian dressing. Put the breasts in a ziploc (1/2 cup per breast) and let them chill in the fridge. At least 20 minutes, longer is better. Overnight is best. If you’re trying to do it quick, use a fork and get all stabby first, helps the chicken absorb the marinade.
