My Wife is interested in a Rogue, and I’m scared of the CVT. Are they as bad as Ive read? Or am I only seeing stories from the “vocal small percentage” of owners? Because when I look online it almost gives me the impression its a matter of when not if the CVT goes tits up.

Starting to think David is like king Midas, but with rust instead of gold

Some of the best memories of my youth center around going to the dealer with my Dad when it was time to buy a car. He was excellent at haggling and I learned a ton about buying cars that has served me well in my adult life.

One day someone will speak of you the same way, Ray. Not kissing ass, but Jenkins was always one of the first writers Id flip to when SI showed up at the dorr, and once I discovered you on the net, you quickly became a must read

I think of them as the “self discount” stations, maybe thats just me

I didnt go to “summer orientation” when I went to college (when you go up to the school for a night, take your placement exams, meet and advisor, pick your classes, get a tour etc). Instead, I was in the group that did all of that the day before all other freshman were due to arrive on campus and move in. This day so

When I was 8-11 years old, I remember many weekend day trips to either the Vermillion area, or Roaming Shores, Geneva, Pymatuning etc with my Parents who were looking for a cottage to buy. Often as we were driving down the road (especially in Ashtabula wine country, it seemed) there would be scads of Avanti billboards
