Not really sure why BotW wouldn’t be a Zelda game. It has a lot in common with early Zelda games.

Feels like this shouldn’t be called a Final Fantasy game then. Market it to the people that will play whatever garbage Platinum shovels out.

It was probably too complicated to work out the licensing to include in the base game because then once the license was up the entire game would need to be pulled. At least we got two half decent movies from Raimi before going down the path of the awful symbiote/Venom garbage. We only got 1 ½ of games into this franchise before ruining it with awful Venom garbage.
