well good for you, but from SoCal all the way to the Pacific Northwest I’ve never once seen any of these products actually available in any store during the entire period these things were supposedly “for sale”.

it has nothing to do with the component shortage, its typical for Nintendo to pretend to release something that’s not actually available to purchase.  Difference here is I’m sure eventually the N64 controllers will be back in stock, as the SNES and NES controllers were before them.  But its still standard for Nintendo…

Going to be a major shock moving from working for Nintendo who is very, very strict when it comes to oversight of marketing and product operations to Yum Brands/KFC where they couldn’t care less what their franchisees do including carrying products and offering specials that are nationally advertised.

Why is this so hard for people who liked the movies about the talking toys to wrap their heads around?  

Most of the people that seem to thing Ed is some big important character in the show are the same people who don’t recognize the actual three leads are and who they’re directly based on. 

Then why do it with a property who’s entire existence relies on recognition of other animated series and genre movies?

In the long lost of bizarre things about this adaptation existing. The very top is (1) how awkward it is to see these characters speaking English and (2) nobody is smoking.

the final boss, unloaded all 275 missiles into him, have still never got past the first phase, had to look up a video of someone doing it and can’t tell what I’m doing wrong, the timing on the stupid counter stuff just never works

strange, according to the Nintendo fans on the IGN message boards the game is perfect (as is everything Nintendo does) and any cricitism is considered trolling.  This bug must have been totally indended by the developers and there isn’t anything that needs fixing.

So is this going to be a blanket policy going forward?  No bigots allowed in licensed sports games?  Who’s going to be left?

the only thing that struck me about Handmaid’s Tale was that it was an awful adaptation of a very good and very important novel, but whatever idiot though it was a good idea to turn it into a multi season TV show also completely missed the entire premise of the book its supposedly based on.

I’m assuming these are going to charge with USB-C, like the SNES ones, not have rails to slide on the switch the way the NES ones do.  They took the cowards way out, the only reason to buy one of these would be for the ridiculous sight of having them hanging off the sides of a Switch while charging.
