Runaways was a kids story. As I recall, it was created as part of an imprint designed to appeal to young readers and people interested in Manga. Calling it overrated is like saying Harry Potter was bad because Adults liked reading it too.

I’d say this
1) clearly yes, it is worse, no one is arguing otherwise
2) but is still bad, like beating someone is bad but less bad than murder but still bad, and people with a history of non-murder violence (sometimes called “assault”) are still untrustworthy as are folks with a history of non-rape sex crimes…

It was a reference to last season (Game Changers), in which ties went directly to rock draws without a revote. In 3H, revote-then-rocks is back as the policy for ties.

I might be 100% wrong, but I THINK last season if there was a tie vote they would have to immediately unanimously pick someone or draw rocks (so by “the tie vote is back” he means the revote after a tie vote is back? That doesn’t really make sense now that I type it out, sooooo, hope that helps!
