If there’s one thing that doesn’t make sense to me this generation, it’s that there is a noticeable choppiness when it comes to doing certain things related to console OS menu (primarily the PS4/Xbox One, although from my personal experience playing on my brother’s console, Xbox One generally has this problem more).
