We’re going to have to accept that, with current technology levels, we’re going to have to end a lot of things that we do for fun. Recreational travel will have to stop. Any hobby that relies on fossil fuels and requires travel of any kind of distance, really.

You’re doing gods work. Drop your creator name so we can find these?

Nailed it. Electric cars are appliances - vehicles. They’re not cars. It’s something you buy to get from A-B, to perform a function as cheaply, efficiently, and hassle free as possible.

If it weighs 2 and half tons its not a sports car.

The Hunter Dodge nerf hurts, but might be made up for by no more ability one shots (welcome to our world Titans and Warlocks).

He hasn’t seen any consequences. Gosar doesn’t give a shit about sitting on committees, and censure will just be a badge of honor for his base.

God I wished cars still looked like this

Yeah, I mean why would people care about video game stories. Fucking nerds.

Theres something about the hollowness of corporate art with this. Here you have a character, lore, rewritten for publicity reasons.

Decades of lack of regulation, profit maximalization at the expense of R&D, and government inaction on infrastructure has caught up to us.

We get it, you hate fun.

Fucking scalpers. I really wanted one of these for my man cave/shed/gym.

It’s time to end the ban on direct sales and kill the dealership model altogether.

I really like Pokemon games, but I still haven’t finished Shield. I did find it annoying that I had to go bank my starter every time I wanted to even out my parties’ levels.

The future of cars really is grim, when a car website is talking up ruining a beautiful classic by guttting it and creating a franken EV that, lets face it - probably isn’t very fun to drive.

Trying to explain car racing to kids in 25 years will be just as wild.

The “Mazda 6 RWD Inline Six” dream car seem like dubious rumors to me. God knows I’d love to see it (and who knows, maybe a manual option?!) but looking at the absolutely dismal sales of the last fantastic sport sedan, the Stinger, I just can’t get my hopes up.

This is a great idea and all, but until anyone who wants a next gen PC or Console can get one, it’s not a viable option.

Ask again in 2023/2024

I have loved Mazdas for my entire adult life. My first car was a Mazda3, which I loved to pieces. I’ve driven it for 250k miles, almost all of which have been fun, efficient (30mpg average - higher if I drive it easy with the 5 speed), and reliable.

Trigun was the first media to make me really delve into the concept of pacifism as an ideal, and the pitfalls of total pacifism.

Love that list includes several of my all time favorites. Outlaw Star is, to me, one of the greatest example of space western/fantasy mashups of all time.
