If you have a Chromecast with Google TV, you just need a bluetooth controller, USB-C hub with power passthrough, and a flash drive. Retroarch works great on the Chromecast, at least with my testing of some select PS titles. 

I live off the first exit to that bridge. It’s got a nice view and I love coasting down after I reach the top.
