Seriously? She can voice her opinion on gaming, and people can choose to accept it, argue it or ignore it. Critique is key to any process. Voicing these opinions should not result in threats to her, or her livelihood - that is not helpful to anyone.

That’s not what she’s doing any more than like Pauline Kael or Roger Ebert were telling film makers how to make movies.
“It means that the press is not in tune with the community it claims to represent.”
Remember that everything in Mass Effect has only extended to the Milky Way galaxy. All of the planets and the Mass Effect relays only existed (in our knowledge) in the Milky Way. The Reapers lived in Dark Space, the vastness between galaxies. And as far as we know, they never visited anywhere else. And the ending of…
What the hell do you people want from Doom? People moaned when it was said it was too much like Call of Duty and less Doom. now it’s more Doom and people are moaning it looks too “brown” or “generic”
well i dont mind because splitscreen is an outdated feature with the rise of the online multiplayer
It didn’t even have the excuse of basing Ultron off of Stark’s brain. Stark found the AI in one of the six singularities that started the universe...and it was a sassy asshole with a penchant for Disney songs.

It’s like Whedon was letting his Whedon-ness infect the whole cast, including the supposedly menacing villain. If nobody is taking the stakes seriously, then I can’t muster a fuck to give.
Ultron as a villain never really lives up to the Age of Ultron title. In the comics and the tragically short lived Earth’s Mightiest Heroes cartoon, he is a cold, calculating monster who has a Skynet kind of immortal virtual presence that makes it questionable whether or not the Avengers can ever truly defeat him once…
I was especially confused at the power of Thor’s Hammer. If no one can lift it, not even with the propulsion of Tony’s gauntlets, then how can Ultron raise an entire chunk of land mass, that also happens to have Thor’s hammer on it? If Thor just but the hammer down, wouldn't that hold down the earth from other forces?
As a huge comic fan and a current Avengers fanatic (oh Hickman (swoon)) and as a previously moderate enjoyer of Marvel movies, I gotta say: this was one of the worst movies I’ve seen all year. Not just comic book movies, but movies general.
Yeah, this comes across more as a “how I justified pirating a game to myself”.
If GamerGate were actually about ethics in journalism, they would not be actively trying to destroy Kotaku — a site that refuses press junkets, regularly pisses off game publishers through aggressive journalism, and is just about as transparent as any gaming site can be — they’d be going after Metacritic and exclusive…
Is his Fatality picking up a game and injecting politics into it? Because nothing is more barbaric and fatal to a Hardcore Gamer than that.
Thankfully, they're pioneering a new technology that allows you to NOT buy things you aren't interested in, yet allows others who are interested to purchase the game. It's going to revolutionize the industry.
You must have attended a different GDC than the one I saw, Mr. Nathan, for all I saw before me was the desiccated corpse of the once Safe Male Space known as Gaming.
Psionic Warfare: Total Destruction is not your average Starcraft mod. Somehow, the people behind this mod managed to…
I often tell Female "victims" of domestic abuse the same thing. By talking about the hardships they face, and making the issue public so society can confront it, they only invite more harm upon themselves.
Thank God you've elected to descend from on high to tell us that we're wasting our lives because we're not reading the highbrow brilliance that is vampire literature.
