Not my first choice, as setup is a little tougher and needs some wind ventilation strategy than your average double walled, but it’s stupid light and built very well. Definitely a great tent for advanced users.

I’d have to disagree. They’re easy to setup, easy to get in and out of, and the fact that they’re light is the biggest plus. The biggest deterrent from people getting into backpacking is the idea of the hulking load on their back (shoulders/hips/legs/knees/ankles/feet). No freestanding tent is truely effective
