Yes! I’m from Canada and thought the okra in vinegar thing was common knowledge in the deep south. Apparently not!
Very true. I always saw people at the local strip turning off their engines and pushing them to the start line to keep it as cool as possible, and often had to tell first timers that if they do that “VTEC won’t kick in yo.”
nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out.
Who stopped it first?
Except Musk and other outlets have been saying this for a long time now. You all are just late on the reporting bandwagon!
Maybe. But he’s still correct.
“it’s a he-said-she-said situation”
In Canada you have options too. For instance if you have a 6 week wait to see a specialist in a major city, you can also opt to drive about an hour away outside the city and see someone the next day.
If you’re overlanding it could be an issue. But if you 4-wheel a lot, think about how much actual distance you’ve covered vs how much gas you use. In other words, most of the gas wasted is on idle, stop/start, 4-low, etc. This would be much more efficient. However my concern is river crossings.
For the extra costs in owning a truck, it would be cheaper to rent one when actually needed.
OMG the “Elsya” nightmares.
I feel bad for your generation. Scouts was one of the best times of my life. Of course that was Scouts Canada, not sure about the US.
“Except you’re completely wrong and you’re playing devil’s advocate for an abhorrent policy.”
My best friend is trans. The topic of suicide is constantly on the table in her community, in and out of treatment, so i’m glad in your circle or your own personal path, that this isn’t the case, but that does not mean you are a general template. Of course we need to deal with suicide rate among veterans too! This…
Definitely! (i’m in Canada myself) But our (Canada’s), as well as other countries ability to handle transgender and civil rights issues in general outside the military are (relatively) in a better position. Hopefully this will change soon in the US, and they can learn from other countries, but they are usually pretty…
Exactly my thought. Which is why changing oil early (relatively) and often is usually recommend. Most likely generic advice considering what type of oil is usually unknown. When going for longer intervals, i’m sure synthetics have their advantage, in which there’s not enough data here for.
As a general rule, I would say no. I’ve seen a lot of cases where they can spend time together (even in my own case), but it’s more an exception rather than the rule, and you REALLY need to understand where the relationship lies (not just with the adults, but the children too). They need to be in a place where they…
If you look at it strictly as a civil rights issue, it’s an easy statement to make. But that’s not the case. Gender Dysphoria is not a sexual preference, but an actual medical issue (just as other medical issues can bar entrance to the military). It’s not just a “cost” thing, but there are other things to consider…
THEN WHY IS THE COMMENT SECTION OPEN?
