Your points are good points, but the Supreme Court is probably the biggest issue for having Manchin and Sinema side with the Democrats.

Manchin is a Republican, but he’s on the Democrat’s “team”, so that means we get to loosely control the Senate in terms of bill priority and committees, which is a pretty huge thing. Without that, we’d already have a Senate with exploratory hearings on why Biden should be impeached and what exactly Hillary knew about…
