I want this to happen just so Dr. Strange's catchphrase will be "Jeezy-creezy!"

I will nominate the "cornbread" scene in Life as the last example of Eddie Murphy truly being funny. At least attempting to be funny:

"Come on, baby. Come to Papa. I'll kiss your fuckin' Dalmatian!"

That's a really strong Cindy Wilson performance that cements her contribution to the group as a whole. If Kate and Fred could be seen as the band's polite and welcoming husband and wife, throwing a lively party, Cindy and Ricky were their kids, dancing at the top of the stairs.

"This woman gets no dick." ????

"Dolph, take a memo on your Newton."

The Walking Dead has risen considerably in my book because, while being a kind of crummy show sometimes, it at least, unlike The Strain, seems to be a show that has writers that give a shit about what they're doing.

Starting to wish he never came out of that bunk.

Bold move to showcase the quality of your special effects in 360p.

The fun thing about them brushing off anything that isn't crammed to the gills with white guys as a "gimmick" is that it forces them to admit that we are apart of a culture where white guys as the mainstream default IS the norm.

I hope they have a good sense of humor and don't take us to court.

The fun thing about this comments section is that it is already established that Doug Benson reads the comments sections under AV Club articles about him.

Yeah I don't want to dump too much on his novellas, and I think Full Dark, No Stars is the first time I've been almost completely satisfied with one of his novella collections. "Big Driver" is truly the only real mediocre one of the lot for me.

Finding out Junior Brown is doing a theme to Better Call Saul is actually *my* version of this news.

Good news! Now you can have even more of a reason to hate it since the saltine cracker of political comedy Peter Sagal tweeted this disgusting crap:

Goddamn, do I laugh so hard at that moment.

"We're a hospital. We need cocaine to exist."

Did the AV Club comments section suddenly get replaced with people from Entertainment Weekly or Defamer? What the absolute fuck is going on with all the Portlandia hate here?

"'Were you at my party last night?' And I said 'No.' You know, like a *liar.*"

This reply speaks both to yours and @conormalcolmcrockford:disqus's replies: the novellas he do are a different beast. They often contain the strengths of his short-story writing with the inherent weaknesses of his novels. I'm a fan of his style in general, but I only get REALLY excited when something like Just After
