I would hope any 4x4 could handle that.. Looks more like a demo course at a new truck unveiling press conference. The real untold story here should be the fact the Alaska DOT had that road completely repaired and reopened in a week.. that would be a 2 year closure / project in most states. That impresses me way more

CVTS are probably the majority of what's available nowdays, or was til a couple years ago, and Nissans were one of the worst out there for feel, durability and cost to repair. Look at junkyards or Craigslist parts section at how many low mileage Cubes and Versa and Altimas are out there. I've heard of 4000 dollars to

I would totally rock that with the new Suzuki Jimny drivetrains and chassis under it..

No you dont.. it’s still an Envoy..and Studebaker beat them to it about 50 years prior with the Wagonair..and the Stude would probably be more reliable today..

It's the equivalent of a Sleeper cab on a semi.. while I have seen sleepers on dually pickups for hotshot duty and such, they look like abominations and are a mile long. The fact that the hood is alot shorter on the van is a bonus as it cuts down on overall length, even though they are still as long as a aircraft

Like I said earlier, take a foward control van like above, put a Suzuki Jimny chassis and running gear under it, sell in US=PROFIT

Put a Suzuki Jimny chassis and running gear under it and you could probably print money with it.. SUZUKI, ARE YOU READING THIS? ALSO, PLEASE COME BACK TO THE U.S.

Yeah, and he’s even the editor..talk about journalistic integrity, story about calling out state government can’t even get the damn state right.. gotta love  Internet standards. This right here is why I won’t reference Jalopnik as a source of anything in conversation. Hell, it should just become a message board, you

Exactly... it seems like there isn’t the need to change design so much anymore. Think we've hit the peak as to what cars can be designed to look like and function. Why do we need to change the look every year? So much effort and resources are spent trying to outdo each other on who can come up with the most shocking

It needs TP for its bunghole.

This right here says it all about why Nissan is in the state it is in. The downfall of Nissan correlates directly to the moment they announced the were going to all CVT minus the halo cars and trucks. When everything from the Maxima on down went CVT only was the day I bought my last Nissan. They put all their marbles

Two words describe what killed Nissan and took the fun out of the brand- CVTs and Ghosn

The problem with Nissan in the Ghosn era is that outside of the halo cars and trucks, the only transmission you could get in a Nissan was a CVT, and a bad one at that, effectively neutering any sporting pretensions. Nismo branded cars with CVTs??? Anyone with half a brain didn’t take them seriously. Not to mention

I hear ya, but so are DUI laws, and well, that hasn't exactly eradicated that problem..

While I’m all for going at these idiots hardcore, the likelihood is probably reckless endangerment, which more than likely gets pled down to a minor traffic infraction.. you and I both know that's how this would play out..

Still need a ladder to get to that step notch in the bumper.

All the stars.. commented on this previous to seeing this.. same designer probably designed the Asstuck.

It would seem the same person that designed the Aztek, given how the turn signals are up high and the headlight are down low, just like the Asstuck..

Until the ‘necks turn them into Bro dozers and line those headlights up at about 5 and half feet high perfectly with your rear view along with a 60 inch off road led light bar blazing from their push bumper that's the size of a Chevy Sonic..

Car and Driver posted a article about Mazdas new font that showed a pic of the rear of the 3 with a AWD badge on it. Practically a Speed 3 minus the turbo. They could easily throw one together with the drivetrains offered now. Hell, a CX5 awd is just a jacked up 3 as it is..Although I haven’t seen any other mentions
