This. I drove an auto once, it was so confusing that I didn't knew what was going on for the whole drive.
Can we consider Venturi dead, so that we could bring them back ?
Someone please slap some Eurobeat over the car segments.
Amen to that. As a European (a French one, of all the things), I never understood the love for diesels on Jalopnik. I love wagons, brown cars and manuals, bu the diesel part always make me back off of Jalopnik's idealized car. It's just not fun to drive, doesn't rev, makes an horrible noise, and every car enthusiast…
It's lacking the DR30 Silhouette Formula, but I can't remember if it was in GT2 or GT4
Actually a Ferrari with a bodykit
I will never understand Jalopnik fascination for diesels, while every enthusiast in Europe want to see all those atrocious oil burners off the surface of the earth.
Motorsport is a race to technical achievement. Spec races are just some guys spinning around, it doesn't make the cut for me.
I would seriously love to enjoy this race, but any kind of spec chassis/spec engine race just insta-kill my boner.
Not a truck, but honorable mention for built-in image stabilization.
Sounds like you're the one being drunk
Saw one these cars at the Le Mans Museum, with a integral/riveted hard top.Looks way better than the coupé or the regular hardtop
Without counting museums and track days, the rarest car I've spotted might be this Aston Martin V8 Vantage 600LM, spotted in the parking lot of the 2012 Le Mans support race.. Problem is, all 40 produced cars were all painted BRG, and did not exist in convertible form. So either it's a replica from a base model V8…
I know at least one of them survived in the Musée des Blindés in Saumur, France, but I don't know if it can still move. That museum is famous for letting some of their tanks run once a year during a public exhibition (including a Tiger II), so most of them are kept in running condition.
Please explain to a non-native english speaker what am I supposed to be offended to.
The almighty MEGA TRACK.
The almighty MEGA TRACK.
The first campaign of Medal of Honor: European Assault is actually based on this raid.
Saint Nazaire was completely carpeted by allied bombers, only the base survived. My grandmother had to emigrate several kilometers inside the land, ad could only get back long after the war was over. It was also home of the Operation Chariot, one great piece of badassery from those brits: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/O…
