The issue here isn’t necessarily the condition of the car, but that the current or previous owner decided it was more important to spend time and money on aftermarket wheels, lowering, upholstery, and a sound system, rather than fixing functional issues like rust, wipers, windshield, and a broken tail light.

As many others have said here, there are much better bikes to be had at that price. And likely better K75s at that price if one looks hard enough. I think $1500 would be a nice price for this, and $2000 marginal, but only for a K75 enthusiast. For all others, Crack Pipe even at half the asking price.
