also greenland... damn the pole-tarians ;)
half of these are typhoons, not hurricanes. or am i mincing terms too much?
until that one a couple of years ago that was the first ever recorded. i want to say 2004? hit the coast of brazil and traveled south if i remember correctly...
ha, yeah not quite ;)
i've always whinced at the term multiverse. it just sounds so silly. i think the rationale is sound, surely cant prove otherwise, but whoever coined the term should really try again ;)
in love. time-suck, here i come...
so good. the pilot was a bit nuts, but it does do a good job of setting up the pace and a good foundation of the plot. ive only seen the first season so far (couldnt stop watched it all the way thru) but im so looking forward to the next 4. the character development in the first season is out of this world...
in that case, the pilot wasnt actually the pilot, lol. the pilot aired after the train heist. so im assuming you didnt like the train heist - to which, well i cant understand not liking any episode of firefly so im really at a loss.
actually what i loved most about sgu was its departure from the norm. its delve into the dark and gritty BSC style of conflict, sex, etc. my only real issues with sgu were the tiny threads clinging to the original franchise to make that connection. project icarus? where the hell did that come from? how have we not…
i knew it!
another fun article charlie. my mind is swimming. thanks for making my afternoon at work more pleasant - if not distracted as all hell. cheers!
youre getting off topic. maybe she should have titled it "10 myths in our current understanding of physics..." but come on, thats silly. the idea was to ponder over items that we currently have to overlook in our current understanding of physics in order to make sci-fi even remotely plausible. i found the article…
id be really interested to see the incorporation of other mythical creatures into the study (gryphons perhaps? any number of egyptian, indian, sumerian, greek or roman creatures? surely there's some ancestral ties?) as well as an interactive map that allows you to see each of the "species" noted for evaluation at the…
yeah they covered that in the movie... "im always angry" hes harnessed his power until its a conscious choice to go green...
well that is the real issue, isnt it? they're saying it's about innovation, but we all know that's bullshit. its about profits. and knocking the other guys down a few rungs to try and get their share of the profits. this is about money, pure and simple. anyone who thinks otherwise is only fooling themselves...
wow, i can totally hear all of their voices in my head. this was extremely well written, and the speech patterns are spot on, great job. i want more...
00:00:12:17 (CHARLIZE THERON SEX ROMP - EXPLICIT) (DELETED SCENE)
can one ever get enough milla jovovich in skintight clothing kicking [insert noun]'s ass? i mean... no one said they had substance or anything...
the town was pretty good, but over-acted across the board. i hate to be a stereotyper, but generally speaking ben affleck has lost whatever he had once upon a time. and for clarity i actually do like some of his older movies: for instance, jersey girl (cant remember if he directed this one or not and too lazy to imdb)…
