Sir Kensington has some pretty good flavored mayos in squirt bottles and I’ve been using the Gochujang one pretty heavily on things like pinwheels/sandwiches and I bet it’d be great with this salad. I love Gochujang and keep a tub in my fridge, but the Kens is just so convenient.
