I have been to a lot of music festivals but none was ever remotely like this video - where are the smelly portable toilets, people puking, idiots recording in your view of the stage, lack of hygiene, etc...I guess I missed out.

The Monoprice 5.1 looks great, but if you don't have a receiver or some audio adapters/cables...dunno...I guess you could pay $20 for an optical to stereo converter (my HDTV only has optical out) - has anyone worked with this and/or had good results without a receiver?
While the details have yet to be completely sorted through...
Meh - what a world we live in where you can achieve some level of fame for taking pics at the right angle.
Some great stuff here, but nowadays the adjustment software/filters are so good you can't tell what's captured in the original shot and what is done in post. I appreciate it when people admit the adjustments they make to the original shot.
How long of a cable did you use?
hmmm. Mine didn't come with one - Mine only came with the cast & the USB plug & AC adapter.
I have a Mohu Leaf - it's an excellent add-on for my office TV which doesn't have an HD box. The ability to watch local channels in HD with the flip of a switch (I added a coax A/B switch) gives a small middle finger to my cable company.
I'm a big fan of the show, and she will be missed - glad to see minimal hate on here about the show itself. I remember her when i was a kid on the Bob Newhart show - I never realized her voice was that person until I saw the Inside the Actors Studio on the Simpsons. Poor Ned - now twice a widower.
Job interviewer: "Sorry sir we're going with another applicant for this position".
I so wanted this to be real, but calling BS along with tons of other people. After watching a second time, I can see several rough edits in the video. Was hoping this bot would finally defeat Forrest Gump.
Clearly there a lot of passionate views on sleep in this thread! I am a bit concerned about the article title (need less every night). Data suggests that everyone should get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, and more can be beneficial if your body requires it. The goal isn't to need more, but getting more is…
When your head is even with the rim and you haven't reached the apex of your leap, it's Blake Griffin. Hard to believe he had knee surgery!
Wow I don't know how I should feel about the fact that I have seen 28 of these! Great list - no Videodrome or Paris is burning?
Rosario is in it.

Not really happy at all with my Chromecast experience - wish I returned this.
This is almost exactly what my fiance' and I did - I'm happy to see someone posted this scenario. We were paying $15k per year in rent - we didn't have the 20% but had good credit and also had a little $ to buy points to get a very reduced 3% FHA loan. The PMI stings a bit, but come tax time we get a decent refund. In…
Big fan of my WDTV Live. The addition of the powerline networking puts this over the top IMO. I can stream HD quality movies from my PC upstairs down 2 floors to my basement with no problems. The WDTV will play almost any file and streams well from online sources - I have been using lately to listen to SiriusXM in the…
I was taken to the movies to see that in the theatre - I was 6 years old.
