This seems like a scary but useful tool for law enforcement provided that it’s human controlled. If it is autonomous, I’m totally against it.

It will be interesting to see how OEMs react if/when any of this is put into laws.  There are some in the GOP that may not go along with any of this.

Notice how F1 hasn’t used these full wet tires lately?  They throw up so much water.  Combine that with the ground effect sucking water off the track, it’s impossible for anyone except the driver at the front to see anything.   

Some really rich folks are just getting into fast cars (cars in general) and buy what their rich friends tell them about...which means big names like Porsche, Ferrari, McLaren, etc. Besides being a status symbol, these cars make them feel like a fast racing driver. Actual lap times don’t really matter.

I gotta agree. Turbos are fun but they are just one more set of moving parts that can fail. The import tuning crowd knows how to work with turbos but Bill and Dick from the country don’t.

Do people who run from the cops actually get away? If you can pull a tag number from the video, don’t they just go to the persons house and arrest them? They might get away that night but they eventually get caught, right?

I’m sorry, I don’t have very much sympathy for folks speeding in a school zone. It’s posted, often with flashing lights. They gave warnings at first. Don’t speed near schools.

This shouldn’t have anything to do with politics.  He broke several laws and should face the consequences for his actions.

I second that opinion.  Small, simple, stick...the US needs some of that.

There is a way to fight really hard, to compete with vigorous energy without being a dick.  Max needs to find a way to do that.  

There should be more of these kinds of kits. Think about all the old cars on the road. Imagine you could pull the motor and associated gubbins and replace them with an electric motor and battery. I’m not talking about classics. I’m talking about that 2005 Honda civic.

No reason there shouldn’t be more women driving in top tier motorsports.

Good for Jaguar for doing something different.  There is so much of the car industry that like to keep things the same.  It’s nice to see something new and creative.

It’s really hard to compete with a company that may be using forced labor, gets billions in gov’t subsides, uses a manipulated currency and steals intellectual property. Just saying that Chinese car companies have advantages that other companies can’t get.

What tires is the car running is this clip?

Maybe they will find a new clientele.  We’ll have to wait and see.  I’d buy the 4 door version.
