It would be cool if Tron and Yori were in the film. They could be in a living room with little 8-bit babies running around and Tron spanking them with his disk then kicking Cursor for leaving little pixels all over the floor.

Why the hell would you make a family friendly Akira? Did the studio even watch the original? If you want family friendly, come up with your own damn story.

Ugh, 3D will always suck because it's not natural to the eyes. 3D content is controlled by who makes it so where you focus and perceive depth is up to them. It is not like black and white movies going to color so please people, stop using that analogy.
