@Skunky: So how do those brakes work?
Trumbull came to my work and talked about his career, he's an amazing man. When he needed to do a certain effect he would build the machine to do it. We all felt lame that we just use software nowadays.
@zslane: I view it as an alternate history hence I give it some suspension of disbelief. Did Close Encounters cop-out? Andromeda Strain? District 9? I just don't understand your argument that since it is impossible for us to find alien lifeforms with our current probe technology we shouldn't make movies about it. I…
I just tried the Navigation on my Evo the other day and it rocks. It's a pretty impressive GPS device.
@touchitgently: Interesting logic. Kind of like dropping bombs on innocent people and when they fight back with whatever means they can we call them terrorists.
@RoboticSpacePenguin: True. I was wondering when the breaking point would be. So many hate crimes are increasing towards Muslims due to all of the hate rhetoric going on in our country.

@corakil: Blue Thunder is more Apache-like.
@zslane: "Six years ago NASA discovered the possibility of alien life within our solar system."
This is definitely looking cool. If only a large budget movie could use low budget mentality we'd see some awesome stuff.
@kleer001: That's how you get away with a low budget. Photo-real monsters in broad daylight are expensive.
I've seen Night in action and that truly is how he thinks. His ego prevents any self reflection. Similar to how my 12-year-old daughter thinks, he believes everything is everyone else's fault.
@DRaGZ: Unfortunately you're probably right though I think a lot of that money was fans of the series hoping for something great. Now that everyone is the wiser, Airbender 2 will flop.
Careful #9, you can get splinters that way.
