I'm a college professor, and I think sometimes about the shit that coaches get away with that would get me fired in an instant. Why do we tolerate that sort of abuse in sports?

It just makes me wonder how much of the toxic masculinity in this country derives straight from sports in general and football in particular.

Protecting the battery is probably based on failure rates and warranty repair costs that Tesla was incurring. So basically they are screwing over the customer (by reducing range ) to save themselves money.
