CTS-V?
There’s a handful online here, including 1945 wartime emergency version: https://ceprofs.civil.tamu.edu/ghawkins/MUTCD-History.htm

I was a cannabis legalization skeptic, until I woke up to how “I smelled weed” was used to make the burden of probable cause a farce.
But while reading Kiese’s book, my book felt smaller. As I was amazed by it and also crushed by it and also laughing at it and also appreciating it and also marveling at the references in it (I haven’t thought about James “Hollywood” Robinson in years!), I thought, more often than I want to admit, that “I can’t do this…
Similar. I’m using a 2011 17", but I have the GPU failure endemic to that model. Apple fixed it once near the end of the extended repair program, but then it failed again a year later. So I have to hack the OS to ignore the GPU, and can’t drive external monitors or upgrade past Sierra.
And who knew you could just dismiss inspectors general whenever you suspect they might provide real oversight?
Depending on region, you may not find it available, except in cans. Sunoco sells specialty fuels in 5 gallon cans, but they’re pricey. I paid $80 each for two cans of Sunoco Optima. So that’s only feasible (at least to me) for one-off or rare purchases for longer term storage.

The only problem with strict application of that principle is that the penalty needs to be sufficient disincentive to commit the crime. So penalties for things like assault might be sufficient, but painting a swastika on someone’s house or church needs to be seen as more than misdemeanor vandalism, and burning a cross…

I had a GF in college that did that to my bookcase. Instead of by subject, they were suddenly arranged by color and height.
It’s both sad and amazing that someone this young had this level of suffering, and responded with such positivity.
Then you walk. A cash buyer doesn’t need to discuss credit at all.
I bought a new truck, choosing 4wd for snow and slippery boat ramps. Asking on a forum about options to lower it a couple of inches (closer to stock 2wd height) actually seemed to anger some responders. “Yer gonna RUIN ur truck!!!”
Sure, but unless the car suddenly materializes in front of the truck, the driver was aware of the car’s movement in front of him or her. Furthermore, you can feel impacts and that amount of drag. I could feel horses moving in the trailer, or in another context, sides of beef hanging in the trailer.
Team HP. RPN or die.
Hammer price isn’t the final price to the buyer. They pay hammer plus buyer’s premium, which was 10% in Kissimmee for cars:
Ave is another foul-mouthed canadian youtuber, if that’s your thing:
