Yeah I'm wondering how I'll receive it. I played Deus Ex when it first came out, and I've long considered it one of my top 5 favorite games of all time. I'm not sure I'd rank it so highly if I played it for the first time now. What was fresh and new back then it's pretty common place now, branching dialogue, multiple

Yeah I just went ahead and bought it, it cost less than the ice coffee I bought this morning. I got into PC gaming shortly after it was originally released and never even knew about it until years later. I'm hoping for some nostalgia to the old Unreal, original Deus Ex days, some of my favorite gaming memories.

Wait, how long has System Shock 2 been available on Steam? I could have sworn I tried to find it a few months ago and it wasn't available. Does it still hold up?

I voted for it too, maybe it will go on sale again later like Dishonored did.

I used to have a saying "X-ray vision is a great super power until your parents come to vist".

I'd be married right now if my ex would have agreed to that. She was the worst, hotter than the core of a star, snored, had the jimmy legs and always wanted to be pressed against me. I'd roll away, she move closer, by morning I'd literally be hanging halfway off the bed with her pressed against me.

Finally a perfect baseball metaphor for my comment writing process.

I've also got Mass Effect 2 which I bought last summer sale and have shamefully yet to play. I planned on playing it after I finished Deus Ex:HR then Skyrim went on sale and you know how that goes. I might just chalk Dragon Age up to a loss.

These things tend to be funnier the more subtle that are which is what makes that one gold.

Sweet this is the time of year when I stalk up on 4 year old games for $5 a piece I'll never have time to play but I can't resist buying. Damn you Steam!!! I'll get around to playing Dragon Age one of these days.

Oi who you callin seedless mate? You better mind that lager hole of yours before me mates and I fix you up right proper.

That kid has the most punch-able face ever right guys?

That's the second time today on Gawker I've seen Celtic Pride mentioned. I haven't thought about that movie in years.

Airports chains are anomalies though. I've had breakfast at Chili's in an airport. I'm pretty sure it's Chili's breakfast in name only, it probably comes from the cafeteria two terminals over.

"but does that cross our mind when we play Punch-Out!!?"

In that case though you probably won't ask for Ash on the phone unless you knew them really well. The difference is if you're a Chris and a Christine most people who would call on the phone would ask for Chris for the husband or Christine . If you're both Ashley you're getting Ashley either way which is what leads to

I have a friend who's parents have the same full first name and are still together. It's not even like one is a nickname Chris for Christine etc. It's one of those ambiguous names like Ashley, that's never shortened so you can't even use the formal name to avoid confusion. "Hey is Joe there?" "Which one". "Joanna".

The Patriot Whey is low protein gruel served to Gillette Stadium staffers which has long been mistaken by reporters as some sort of ideology.

On a related note, are we ever going to get Dead Wrestler of the Week back? I don't think we've run out of material yet.

Salvation was supposed to be the reboot that lead to new sequels. I think as someone else pointed out because they changed the ending and the film wasn't generally not well received it died. We should be thankful for that too because given some of the shit McG was saying he wanted to do in the sequels it sounded
