For all the people who keep repeating: Not a lot of black women work in the tech field... why are you acting as if that’s not because tech companies aren’t willing to hire them in the first place? Would you want to work for Twitter knowing that you’d be the only black woman there?

It’s also a circular problem of when there are black women qualified for the job, are they going to want to work for a company where they are not represented and are going to be “the token”?

The sad thing is that in this country it’s the white Christians that are more likely to use a bomb on something they don’t approve of, like a Masque or an abortion clinic.
