Sorry for my freak out! Never seen that/s symbol before. Apologies!

Oh - my bad - sorry. Apologies. I seem to have lost my sense of humor lately :( I also, it seems, live a sheltered life. Never heard of (or even seen) that /s symbol before. Thanks for pointing this out to me. Sorry again.

How dare you? Who do you think you are the Lord of all black people? If you want a white narrative which isn’t going to hurt your feelings, scooch your way over to the white news sites to be found on the above tabs.

Well, have you noticed that it is rarely to NEVER called terrorism when a white person is involved? Not during the act, not immediately after the act, and, not several years down the line either. The only two white people labelled as terrorists (that I’m aware of) are Timothy McVeigh and the Una Bomber (Theodore John

Well if you are reading Kurt Vonnegut you must be bright. His disposition reminds me a little of Ted Hughes - a little bit destructive, somewhat cruel...

A white guy not one month ago killed fifty-eight people and injured five hundred and forty-six people and he was not called a terrorist. How many people does a white person have to kill before he or she is called a terrorist?

I love vocabulary. I started reading the dictionary when I was very young. My father was an academic and amateur linguist. So, I’m not trying to be clever when I write posts. I am just using the words which come to mind. Nothing more.

Yes, she has been using that symbol. See below.

Can’t you find your own symbolic gesture?

Oh, another mud hut comment from the white intelligentsia.

Of course, it’s disturbing to you. A black woman who speaks out against racist white people. If I was white, I’d also find this disturbing. White people find black people who complain about being killed by white police “disturbing”.

By all means, speak out on all forms of sexual victimization - but white people no black power fists like Rose McGowan. Can we still have something that is our own without it being co-opted for other people’s struggles?

I did not need to learn a new word. I am a teacher.

I agree we have to come to the aid of our black brothers and sisters - but very few really intervene when white trolls and racists come on this site to attack.

Wow, I hope this catches on too. But I think it’s only available for iPhones.
